2026-2027 Lily of the Valley Homeschool Coalition

Our Vision

Anna Dyer, Ed.D., will be leading a coalition of 10-12 female students through their year of 

homeschooling. This program will provide each student with the following:

  • Full credit for four courses (History, Bible, Literature, and Creative Writing)
  • Individual academic support and guidance for each student in all subjects
  • Curriculum rooted in God’s Word and Spirit-led instruction
  • A group of young girls seeking God and strong friendships with one another
  • Accountability, organization and record-keeping
  • Personalized feedback to parents on student progress and personal growth
  • A path setting students up for future success, including a plan to reach dual-enrollment by their Junior year if desired

What Is Included

  • A meeting with Dr. Dyer to develop your student’s homeschool plan for the year
  • In-person group instruction 2-3 days a week, 4 hours a day (352 total hours)
  • Classes held in student homes on a volunteer basis
  • One-on-one educational and spiritual mentorship
  • Virtual office hours accessible to parents and students
  • Transcripts for the year for History, Bible, Literature, and Creative Writing
  • Various local field trips and a potential larger trip later in the year

Our Studies

  • Literature and Creative Writing
  • American History (during America’s 250th birthday!)
  • A review of American and World Geography
  • A student-led World Showcase culture study
  • Bible and Christian Worldview

Potential Field Trips

  • A day spent in Charleston paired with a project presenting the history of our state and city
  • • A trip to a plantation during our Civil War studies to see firsthand evidence of the era
  • • Viewing theatre productions such as A Christmas Carol or Les Misérables
  • • Various lunch outings on special occasions
  • • …and more!

Pricing and Payment Schedule

  • A $250 deposit will be due upon registration
  • A $450 curriculum and tech fee will be due by July 1st to cover all books, resources, and other needed supplies (Breakdown on page linked below)
  • Tuition payments will be divided into quarters ($850 due by September 1st, November 1st, February 1st and April 1st)
  • Smaller fees may occur throughout the year for things like field trips
